A wedding, event or photography session is only confirmed when:

the relevant agreement has been signed
the required booking fee has been received
confirmation has been provided by Gordon Baxter Photography

If there is any difference between this website and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will take priority.

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Packages and prices may be changed or withdrawn at any time before a booking is confirmed.

Showing a date, service or package on the website does not guarantee that it is available.

Any personalised quotation will remain valid for the period stated in that quotation.
