Not at all. Most couples tell me exactly the same thing. I keep posing simple, quick and relaxed, giving gentle direction when needed, but most of the day is spent documenting natural moments as they happen. My aim is for you to enjoy your wedding rather than feel like you're constantly in front of a camera.
Yes, but only as much as you need. I'll guide you into flattering, natural positions without over-directing every little detail. Unless you've specifically asked for an editorial style shoot, I prefer to keep portraits relaxed, efficient and enjoyable so you can get back to celebrating with your guests.
Yes. I welcome couples of all backgrounds and identities. My aim is simply to create honest, natural photographs that celebrate your relationship and your wedding day.
Rather than limiting your gallery to an exact number, I deliver all the best photographs from your day.
As a guide:

Ceremony Only: minimum of 30 professionally edited images

Full Day Photography: minimum of 300 professionally edited images

Photography & Film: minimum of 300 edited photographs plus your wedding films, as agreed in your booking.

Every image is individually edited by hand, I don't use artificial intelligence in my creative process, so quality always comes before speed.

My cameras (and I) are waterproof, so don't panic!
Rain is part of life in Britain, and it rarely gets in the way of a great wedding. I'm always prepared with indoor options, and many venues have beautiful interiors that make fantastic backdrops.
If you're brave enough, we can even nip outside for a few minutes. Some of my favourite photographs have been taken in less-than-perfect weather.
I can't promise sunshine, but I can promise we'll make the most of whatever the day brings.
I photograph weddings throughout the UK. Travel across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties is included in my packages. For weddings further afield, there may be a small additional travel fee, but I'll always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. I carry both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, and my business is fully registered with HMRC. Many venues require proof of insurance, so that's never a problem.

Yes. A non-refundable booking fee of £100 secures your wedding date.
In exceptional circumstances, such as events genuinely outside your control, I'm always happy to have a conversation and deal with each situation fairly.
The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding.
Of course. Your gallery includes personal printing rights, so you're free to print and share your photographs with family and friends.
That said, I always recommend ordering prints through me. I work with professional print labs and personally check colours and quality before anything is produced, ensuring your photographs look exactly as intended.
